ಆತನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರು ವವರು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾವು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆಯೋ ಣವೋ? ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

Aatana suttaliru vavaru munde sambhavisuvadakkiruvadannu nodi aatanige--kartane, naavu kattiyinda hodeyo navo? Endu kelidaru.

47ಆತನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಸಮೂಹವು ಮತ್ತು ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೂದ ನೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ ಮುದ್ದಿಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದನು.
48ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ-- ಯೂದನೇ, ಮುದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನನ್ನು ಹಿಡುಕೊಡುತ್ತೀಯೋ ಅಂದನು.
49ಆತನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರು ವವರು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾವು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆಯೋ ಣವೋ? ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
50ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕನ ಆಳನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಅವನ ಬಲ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು.
51ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು--ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಆತನು ಅವನ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿದನು.
