ಆತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತವರು ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ--ಪಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಈತನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.ಆಗ ಆತನು ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಯದೆ, ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದ ಹೋಗು ಅಂದನು.
