ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಆ ಕತ್ತೇಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

3ಯಾವ ನಾದರೂ ನಿಮಗೆ-- ನೀವು ಯಾಕೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡು ತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಇದು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ; ಆಗ ಅವನು ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
4ಆಗ ಅವರು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಿ ಎರಡು ದಾರಿಗಳು ಕೂಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಕತ್ತೇಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ
5ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಆ ಕತ್ತೇಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
6ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಯೇಸು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಂತೆಯೇ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಗೊಡಿಸಿದರು.
7ಅವರು ಕತ್ತೇ ಮರಿಯನ್ನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡನು.
