ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯಂತರಪಡುವಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆನಾನು ಕುರುಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವೆನು, ಕುರಿಗಳು ಚದರಿಸಲ್ಪ ಡುವವು ಎಂದು ಬರೆದದೆ.

- 29ಆದರೆ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಆತ ನಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಭ್ಯಂತರಪಟ್ಟಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಾನು ಅಭ್ಯಂತರ ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
