1. 11ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವ ರಿಗೆ -- ಎಲೀಯನು ಮೊದಲು ಬಂದು ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡಿಸುವದು ನಿಜವೇ;
2. 12ಆದರೆ ಎಲೀಯನು ಆಗಲೇ ಬಂದನು. ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಅರಿಯದೆ ತಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟಬಂದಂತೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಯಿತು. ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರ ನು ಸಹ ಅವರಿಂದ ಶ್ರಮೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವನು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
3. 13ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಯೋಹಾನನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ತಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಆಗ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
4. 14ಅವರು ಜನಸಮೂಹದ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮೊಣ ಕಾಲೂರಿ--
5. 15ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರುಣೆಯಿಡು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಚಂದ್ರರೋಗ ದಿಂದ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅನೇಕಸಾರಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
