1. 34ಫಲದ ಕಾಲವು ಸಮಾಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ತನ್ನ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
2. 35ಆಗ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರು ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದರು. ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆದರು.
3. 36ಅವನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಮೊದಲನೆಯವರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಅವರು ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
4. 37ಆದರೆ ಅವನು-- ನನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಅವರು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿ ಸಾರು ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
5. 38ಆದರೆ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರು ಆ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ--ಇವನೇ ಬಾಧ್ಯಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ನಾವು ಇವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಇವನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿಕೊ ಳ್ಳೋಣ ಎಂದು ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡರು.
