ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈ ಅದ್ದಿದವನೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಡುಕೊಡುವನು.

- 24ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ತನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಯಾವನಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೋ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಅಯ್ಯೋ! ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹುಟ್ಟದೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಅಂದನು.
- 25ಆಗ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದ ಯೂದನು--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ಅವನು ನಾನೋ? ಅಂದದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು--ನೀನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀ ಅಂದನು.
