ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಉಪನಗರ ಗಳು ಅವರ ಪಶುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸರಕುಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಇರ ಬೇಕು.

- 3ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಉಪನಗರ ಗಳು ಅವರ ಪಶುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸರಕುಗಳಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಇರ ಬೇಕು.
- 4ನೀವು ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗಳ ಉಪನಗರಗಳು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಗೋಡೆಯಿಂದ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ ಅಗಲವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
- 5ನೀವು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ, ಉತ್ತರ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೊಳ ಅಳೆಯಬೇಕು; ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣವಿರಬೇಕು; ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಉಪನಗರಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕು.
