ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಆದರಣೆ, ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಸಂತೈಸುವಿಕೆ, ಆತ್ಮನ ಅನ್ಯೋನ್ಯತೆ, ದಯಾ ವಾತ್ಸಲ್ಯಗಳು ಇರುವದಾದರೆ
If [there be] therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
ಐಕ್ಯಮತ್ಯವುಳ್ಳವ ರಾಗಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿರಲಿ; ಅನ್ಯೋ ನ್ಯತೆಯುಳ್ಳವರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನವರೂ ಆಗಿರ್ರಿ.
Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, [being] of one accord, of one mind.
ಕಲಹದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಒಣ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವ ದನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ದೀನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಬೇರೆಯವರನ್ನು ತನಗಿಂತಲೂ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲಿ.
[Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಸ್ವಹಿತವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೋಡದೆ ಪರಹಿತವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೋಡಲಿ.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮನಸ್ಸೇ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
ಆತನು ದೇವಸ್ವರೂಪ ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಸಮಾನನಾಗಿರುವೆನೆಂದಿಣಿ ಸದೆ
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಬರಿದು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ದಾಸನ ರೂಪವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು.
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
ಹೀಗೆ ಆತನು ಆಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಮರಣವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಶಿಲುಬೆಯ ಮರಣ ವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಹೊಂದುವಷ್ಟು ವಿಧೇಯನಾದನು.
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ದೇವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಏರಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೆಸರುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಉನ್ನತವಾದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಆತನಿಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ದೇವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಏರಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೆಸರುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಉನ್ನತವಾದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಆತನಿಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth;
ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದೇವರ ಮಹಿಮೆಗಾಗಿ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ನಾಲಿಗೆಯೂ ಅರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವದು.
And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ, ನೀವು ಯಾವಾ ಗಲೂ ವಿಧೇಯರಾದಂತೆ ಈಗಲೂ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನಿಲ್ಲದಿರು ವಾಗಲೂ ಬಹು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಭಯದಿಂದ ನಡುಗುತ್ತಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
ತನ್ನ ಸುಚಿತ್ತದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಕಾರ್ಯ ವನ್ನೂ ಸಾಧಿಸುವಾತನು ದೇವರೇ.
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure.
ಗುಣಗುಟ್ಟದೆ ಯೂ ವಿವಾದವಿಲ್ಲದೆಯೂ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರಿ.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
ಹೀಗೆ ನೀವು ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದವರೂ ಕೇಡುಮಾಡ ದವರೂ ನಿಂದಾರಹಿತರೂ ಆದ ದೇವಪುತ್ರರಾಗಿ ವಕ್ರವುಳ್ಳ ದುಷ್ಟಜನಾಂಗದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವದಾಯಕ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹಿಡುಕೊಂಡು ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕುಗಳಂತೆ ಹೊಳೆಯುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೆಲಸ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟದ್ದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವೆನು.
Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
ಹೌದು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೆಂಬ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೇ ಅರ್ಪಿತವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಾನು ಹರ್ಷಗೊಂಡು ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಕೂಡ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸುವೆನು.
Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.
ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನೀವು ಆನಂದಿಸಿರಿ, ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೊಷಪಡಿರಿ.
For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.
ನಾನು ತಿಮೊಥೆಯನನ್ನು ಬೇಗನೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ನಾನು ಸಹ ಆದರಣೆಹೊಂದೇನು.
But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.
ಅವನ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸುವವರು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸ್ವಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಡು ತ್ತಾರೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.
ಆದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನೀವು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಮಗನು ತಂದೆಗೆ ಹೇಗೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವನು ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.
ಆದದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗತಿಯು ಹೇಗಾಗುವದೋ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಬೇಗನೆ ಬರುವೆನೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.
ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೊರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಂಥ ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನೂ ಜೊತೆ ಕೆಲಸದವನೂ ಸಹ ಭಟನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಎಪಫ್ರೊದೀತನನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವದು ಅವಶ್ಯವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನೆನಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellowsoldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.
ಅವನು ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು, ತಾನು ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದ ವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ವ್ಯಸನಪಟ್ಟನು.
For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that ye had heard that he had been sick.
ಅವನು ರೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದು ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗಿದ್ದನೆಂಬದು ನಿಜವೇ. ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿದನು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ನನಗೆ ದುಃಖದ ಮೇಲೆ ದುಃಖ ಬಾರದಂತೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಕರುಣಿಸಿದನು.
For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಅವನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡ ಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ ನನಗೆ ಕೂಡ ದುಃಖವು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗ ಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
I sent him therefore the more carefully, that, when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
ಆದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಥವರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿರಿ.ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ನೀವೇ ನನಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ಉಪಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಜೀವದ ಆಶೆಯನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡದೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಕೆಲಸದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and hold such in reputation:
ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ನೀವೇ ನನಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ಉಪಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಜೀವದ ಆಶೆಯನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡದೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಕೆಲಸದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.
