ಹಸಿದಾಗ ಕಳ್ಳನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೀಯಾಳಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

28ಒಬ್ಬನು ಧಗಧಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಂಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಅವನ ಪಾದಗಳು ಸುಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
29ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡುವವನು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಇರುವನು; ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ಯಾವನೂ ನಿರಪ ರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರನು.
30ಹಸಿದಾಗ ಕಳ್ಳನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೀಯಾಳಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
31ಅವನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏಳರಷ್ಟು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವನು; ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನು ಕೊಡುವನು.
32ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವವನು ವಿವೇಕವಿಲ್ಲದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
