ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಪೀಠವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವ ತನಕ ನನ್ನ ಬಲ ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೋ,
A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಚೀಯೋ ನಿನಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ದಂಡವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವನು; ನಿನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆತನಮಾಡು.
The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ತೆಯ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದಯದ ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರು ಬಲದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಇಷ್ಟವುಳ್ಳವ ರಾಗಿರುವರು; ಇಬ್ಬನಿಯಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವನವು ನಿನಗೆ ಇರುವದು.
Thy people [shall be] willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.
ನೀನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಮೆಲ್ಕೀಜೆದೇಕನ ತರದ ಯಾಜಕನಾಗಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ನುಡಿ ದಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಡನು.
The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou [art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.
ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲ ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ತನ್ನ ಕೋಪದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸ ರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವನು.
The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
ಆತನು ಅನ್ಯಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಿ ಹೆಣಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿಸುವನು; ಬಹು ದೇಶಗಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ತಲೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಯಮಾಡುವನು.ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳ್ಳದ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯುವನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತುವನು.
He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill [the places] with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳ್ಳದ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯುವನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತುವನು.
He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
