ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೆಳಗಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವನಿಗೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

- 3ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೆಳಗಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವನಿಗೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
- 4ಆಗ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಓದುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾದವನು ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಲಿಲ್ಲವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಅತ್ತೆನು.
- 5ಆಗ ಹಿರಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ನನಗೆ--ಅಳಬೇಡ; ಅಗೋ, ಯೂದಾ ಗೋತ್ರದ ಸಿಂಹವೂ ದಾವೀದನ ಅಂಕುರದವನೂ ಆಗಿರುವಾತನು ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರ ಏಳು ಮುದ್ರೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಜಯಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
