ಚೇಳಿಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಲಗಳೂ ಆ ಬಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಡಿಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದವು; ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಐದು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ವರೆಗೂ ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ಬಲವು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಇತ್ತು.

Cheligiruvante avugalige baalagaloo aa baalagalalli kondigaloo iddavu; manushyarannu aidu tingalugala varegoo baadhisuva balavu avugalige ittu.

8ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರ ಕೂದಲಿ ನಂತಿರುವ ಕೂದಲು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಇತ್ತು; ಅವುಗಳ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳು ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಳ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದವು.
9ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕವಚಗಳಂತಿದ್ದ ಕವಚಗಳು ಇದ್ದವು; ಅವುಗಳ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳ ಶಬ್ದವು ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡುವ ಅನೇಕ ರಥಾಶ್ವಗಳ ಶಬ್ದದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇತ್ತು.
10ಚೇಳಿಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಲಗಳೂ ಆ ಬಾಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಡಿಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದವು; ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಐದು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ವರೆಗೂ ಬಾಧಿಸುವ ಬಲವು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಇತ್ತು.
11ತಳವಿಲ್ಲದ ತಗ್ಗಿನ ದೂತನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನಾಳುವ ಅರಸನು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಬ್ರಿಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬದ್ದೋನನೆಂತಲೂ ಗ್ರೀಕ್‌ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪೊಲ್ಲುವೋನನೆಂತಲೂ ಹೆಸರು.
12ಒಂದು ಆಪತ್ತು ಕಳೆದುಹೋಯಿತು; ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಗೋ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ಆಪತ್ತುಗಳು ಬರುವದಕ್ಕಿವೆ.
