4. 10എങ്കിലും നാഥാൻപ്രവാചകനെയും ബെനായാവെയും വീരന്മാരെയും തന്റെ സഹോദരനായ ശലോമോനെയും അവൻ ക്ഷണിച്ചില്ല.
5. 11എന്നാൽ നാഥാൻ ശലോമോന്റെ അമ്മയായ ബത്ത്-ശേബയോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: ഹഗ്ഗീത്തിന്റെ മകനായ അദോനീയാവു രാജാവായിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നീ കേട്ടില്ലയോ? നമ്മുടെ യജമാനനായ ദാവീദ് അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുമില്ല.
