3. 26അപ്പോൾ യിസ്രായേൽരാജാവു പറഞ്ഞതു: മീഖായാവെ പിടിച്ചു നഗരാധിപതിയായ ആമോന്റെയും രാജകുമാരനായ യോവാശിന്റെയും അടുക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു ഇവനെ കാരാഗൃഹത്തിൽ ആക്കി,
4. 27ഞാൻ സമാധാനത്തോടെ വരുവോളം ഞെരുക്കത്തിന്റെ അപ്പവും ഞെരുക്കത്തിന്റെ വെള്ളവും കൊടുത്തു പോഷിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു രാജാവു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവരോടു പറക.
5. 28അതിന്നു മീഖായാവു: നീ സമാധാനത്തോടെ മടങ്ങിവരുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ യഹോവ എന്നെക്കൊണ്ടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. സകലജാതികളുമായുള്ളോരേ, കേട്ടുകൊൾവിൻ എന്നും അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
