അതു പന്ത്രണ്ടു കാളയുടെ പുറത്തു വെച്ചിരുന്നു; അവയിൽ മൂന്നു വടക്കോട്ടും, മൂന്നു പടിഞ്ഞാറോട്ടും, മൂന്നു തെക്കോട്ടും, മൂന്നു കിഴക്കോട്ടും തിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു; കടൽ അവയുടെ പുറത്തു വെച്ചിരുന്നു; അവയുടെ പൃഷ്ടഭാഗം ഒക്കെയും അകത്തോട്ടു ആയിരുന്നു.

26അതിന്റെ കനം നാലംഗുലം; അതിന്റെ വക്കു പാനപാത്രത്തിന്റെ വക്കുപോലെ താമരപ്പൂവിന്റെ ആകൃതിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. അതിൽ രണ്ടായിരം ബത്ത് വെള്ളം കൊള്ളും.
27അവൻ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു പത്തു പീഠം ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്നു നാലു മുഴം നീളവും നാലു മുഴം വീതിയും മൂന്നു മുഴം ഉയരവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
