അഗ്രിപ്പാരാജാവേ, യെഹൂദന്മാർ എന്റെ മേൽ ചുമത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ കുറ്റങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചു ഇന്നു തിരുമുമ്പാകെ പ്രതിവാദിപ്പാൻ ഇടവന്നതുകൊണ്ടു,

Agrippaaraajaave, yehoodanmaar ente mel chumattunna ellaa kuttangngaleyum kurichchu innu tirumumpaake prativaadippaan itavannatukontu,

King James Version (KJV): I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:

1അഗ്രിപ്പാവു പൗലൊസിനോടു: നിന്റെ കാര്യം പറവാൻ അനുവാദം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ പൗലൊസ് കൈനീട്ടി പ്രതിവാദിച്ചതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
2അഗ്രിപ്പാരാജാവേ, യെഹൂദന്മാർ എന്റെ മേൽ ചുമത്തുന്ന എല്ലാ കുറ്റങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചു ഇന്നു തിരുമുമ്പാകെ പ്രതിവാദിപ്പാൻ ഇടവന്നതുകൊണ്ടു,
3വിശേഷാൽ നീ യെഹൂദന്മാരുടെ ഇടയിലെ ആചാരങ്ങളും തർക്കങ്ങളും എല്ലാം അറിയുന്നവൻ ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ എന്നു നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ പ്രതിവാദം ക്ഷമയോടേ കേൾക്കേണമെന്നു അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
4എന്റെ ജാതിക്കാരുടെ ഇടയിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും ആദിമുതൽ ബാല്യംതുടങ്ങിയുള്ള എന്റെ നടപ്പു യെഹൂദന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും അറിയുന്നു.
