2മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യെരൂശലേമിനെക്കുറിച്ചു: നന്നായി, ജാതികളുടെ വാതിലായിരുന്നവൾ തകർന്നുപോയി; അവൾ എങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൾ ശൂന്യമായ്തീർന്നിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിറയും എന്നു സോർ പറയുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു
3യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സോരേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു; സമുദ്രം തന്റെ തിരകളെ കയറിവരുമാറാക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാൻ അനേകം ജാതികളെ നിന്റെ നേരെ പുറപ്പെട്ടുവരുമാറാക്കും.
