കിഴക്കോട്ടു ദർശനമുള്ള ഗോപുരത്തിന്റെ മാടങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പുറത്തു മൂന്നും അപ്പുറത്തു മൂന്നും ആയിരുന്നു; മൂന്നിന്നും ഒരേ അളവും ഇപ്പുറത്തും അപ്പുറത്തും ഉള്ള കട്ടളക്കാലുകൾക്കു ഒരേ അളവും ആയിരുന്നു.

Kizhakkottu darshanamulla gopurattinte maatangngal ippurattu moonnum appurattu moonnum aayirunnu; moonninnum ore alavum ippurattum appurattum ulla kattalakkaalukalkku ore alavum aayirunnu.

12മാടങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇപ്പുറത്തു ഒരു മുഴമുള്ളോരു അതിരഴിയും അപ്പുറത്തു ഒരു മുഴമുള്ളോരു അതിരഴിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഇപ്പുറത്തും അപ്പുറത്തും ഓരോ മാടവും ആറാറു മുഴം ഉള്ളതായിരുന്നു.
