4. 16എന്നാൽ ലാബാന്നു രണ്ടു പുത്രിമാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു: മൂത്തവൾക്കു ലേയാ എന്നും ഇളയവൾക്കു റാഹേൽ എന്നും പേർ.
5. 17ലേയയുടെ കണ്ണു ശോഭ കുറഞ്ഞതായിരുന്നു; റാഹേലോ സുന്ദരിയും മനോഹരരൂപിണിയും ആയിരുന്നു.
