കൂശ്യനായ ഏബെദ്‒മേലെക്ക് യിരെമ്യാവോടു: ഈ പഴന്തുണിയും കീറ്റുതുണിക്കണ്ടങ്ങളും നിന്റെ കക്ഷങ്ങളിൽ വെച്ചു അതിന്നു പുറമെ കയറിട്ടുകൊൾക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; യിരെമ്യാവു അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു.

Kooshyanaaya ebed‒melekk yiremyaavotu: ee pazhantuniyum keettutunikkantangngalum ninte kakshangngalil vechchu atinnu purame kayarittukolka ennu paranynyu; yiremyaavu angngane cheytu.

14അതിന്റെ ശേഷം സിദെക്കീയാരാജാവു ആളയച്ചു യിരെമ്യാപ്രവാചകനെ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ മൂന്നാം പ്രവേശനത്തിങ്കൽ തന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുത്തി; രാജാവു യിരെമ്യാവോടു: ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു ഒരു കാര്യം ചോദിക്കുന്നു; എന്നോടു ഒന്നും മറെച്ചുവെക്കരുതു എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
