24നീ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: ഏഴാം മാസം ഒന്നാം തിയ്യതി നിങ്ങൾക്കു കാഹളധ്വനിയുടെ ജ്ഞാപകവും വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗമുള്ള സ്വസ്ഥദിവസവുമായിരിക്കേണം.
25അന്നു സാമാന്യവേല യാതൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ യഹോവെക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കേണം.
26യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:
27ഏഴാം മാസം പത്താം തിയ്യതി പാപപരിഹാരദിവസം ആകുന്നു. അന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു വിശുദ്ധസഭായോഗം ഉണ്ടാകേണം; നിങ്ങൾ ആത്മതപനം ചെയ്കയും യഹോവെക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കയും വേണം.
