32അതു എല്ലാവിത്തിലും ചെറിയതെങ്കിലും വളർന്നു സസ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലുതായി, ആകാശത്തിലെ പറവകൾ വന്നു അതിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിൽ വസിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം വൃക്ഷമായി തീരുന്നു.
33അവൻ മറ്റൊരു ഉപമ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു: സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം പുളിച്ച മാവിനോടു സദൃശം; അതു ഒരു സ്ത്രീ എടുത്തു മൂന്നുപറ മാവിൽ എല്ലാം പുളിച്ചുവരുവോളം അടക്കിവെച്ചു.
34ഇതു ഒക്കെയും യേശു പുരുഷാരത്തോടു ഉപമകളായി പറഞ്ഞു; ഉപമ കൂടാതെ അവരോടു ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല
35“ഞാൻ ഉപമ പ്രസ്താവിപ്പാൻ വായ്തുറക്കും; ലോകസ്ഥാപനം മുതൽ ഗൂഢമായതു ഉച്ചരിക്കും” എന്നു പ്രവാചകൻ പറഞ്ഞതു നിവൃത്തിയാകുവാൻ സംഗതിവന്നു.
36അനന്തരം യേശു പുരുഷാരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞയച്ചിട്ടു വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു, ശിഷ്യന്മാർ അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു: വയലിലെ കളയുടെ ഉപമ തെളിയിച്ചുതരേണം എന്നു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു. അതിന്നു അവൻ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു:
