പിന്നെ ഞാൻ ഉറവുവാതില്ക്കലേക്കും രാജാവിന്റെ കുളത്തിങ്കലേക്കും ചെന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ കയറിയിരുന്ന മൃഗത്തിന്നു കടന്നുപോകുവാൻ സ്ഥലം പോരാതിരുന്നു.

- 15രാത്രിയിൽ തന്നേ ഞാൻ തോട്ടിന്റെ അരികത്തുകൂടി ചെന്നു മതിൽ നോക്കി കണ്ടു താഴ്‌വരവാതിലിൻ വഴിയായി മടങ്ങിപ്പോന്നു.
- 16ഞാൻ എവിടെപ്പോയി എന്നും എന്തു ചെയ്തു എന്നും പ്രമാണികളാരും അറിഞ്ഞില്ല; അന്നുവരെ ഞാൻ യെഹൂദന്മാരോടോ പുരോഹിതന്മാരോടോ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടോ പ്രമാണികളോടോ വേലയെടുക്കുന്ന ശേഷംപേരോടോ യാതൊന്നും അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല.
