ഹെശ്ബോൻ അമോര്യരുടെ രാജാവായ സീഹോന്റെ നഗരം ആയിരുന്നു; അവൻ മുമ്പിലത്തെ മോവാബ് രാജാവിനോടു പടയെടുത്തു അർന്നോൻ വരെ ഉള്ള അവന്റെ ദേശമൊക്കെയും അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു പിടിച്ചിരുന്നു.
