അവൻ വിചാരിയാതെ അവന്നു അപായം ഭവിക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ച വലയിൽ അവൻ തന്നേ കുടുങ്ങട്ടെ; അവൻ അപായത്തിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടുപോകട്ടെ.

Avan vichaariyaate avannu apaayam bhavikkatte; avan olichchuvechcha valayil avan tanne kutungngatte; avan apaayattil akappettupokatte.

King James Version (KJV): Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

6അവരുടെ വഴി ഇരുട്ടും വഴുവഴുപ്പും ആകട്ടെ; യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ അവരെ പിന്തുടരട്ടെ.
7കാരണം കൂടാതെ അവർ എനിക്കായി വല ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ചു; കാരണം കൂടാതെ അവർ എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നായി കുഴി കുഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
8അവൻ വിചാരിയാതെ അവന്നു അപായം ഭവിക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ച വലയിൽ അവൻ തന്നേ കുടുങ്ങട്ടെ; അവൻ അപായത്തിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടുപോകട്ടെ.
9എന്റെ ഉള്ളം യഹോവയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കും; അവന്റെ രക്ഷയിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കും;
10യഹോവേ, നിനക്കു തുല്യൻ ആർ? എളിയവനെ തന്നിലും ബലമേറിയവന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും എളിയവനും ദരിദ്രനുമായവനെ കവർച്ചക്കാരന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും നീ രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നു എന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ ഒക്കെയും പറയും.
