ఫిలిష్తీయులు దానినిండ యవలుగల చేను ఉన్న పస్దమీ్మములో యుద్ధము చేయుటకై కూడిరాగా జనులు ఫిలిష్తీయులను చూచి పారిపోయినప్పుడు ఇతడు దావీదుతోకూడ అచ్చట ఉండెను.
