22అంతట దేవుని వాక్కు దైవజనుడగు షెమయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను
23నీవు సొలొమోను కుమారుడును యూదా రాజునైన రెహబాముతోను యూదావారందరితోను బెన్యామీనీయులందరితోను శేషించినవారందరితోను ఇట్లనుము
24యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగాజరిగినది నావలననే జరిగెను; మీరు ఇశ్రాయేలువారగు మీ సహో దరులతో యుద్ధము చేయుటకు వెళ్లక, అందరును మీ యిండ్లకు తిరిగి పోవుడి. కాబట్టి వారు యెహోవా మాటకు లోబడి దానినిబట్టి యుద్ధమునకు పోక నిలిచిరి.
25తరువాత యరొబాము ఎఫ్రాయిము మన్యమందు షెకెమను పట్టణము కట్టించి అచ్చట కాపురముండి అచ్చట నుండి బయలుదేరి పెనూయేలును కట్టించెను.
