బయెషాయును అతని కుమారుడగు ఏలాయును తామే పాపముచేసి, ఇశ్రా యేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకులై, తాము పెట్టుకొనిన దేవతలచేత ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు కోపము పుట్టించిరి గనుక

- 13వారు చేసిన పాపములనుబట్టి ప్రవక్తయైన యెహూద్వారా బయెషానుగూర్చి యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన మాట నెరవేరుటకై జిమీ బయెషా సంతతివారినందరిని నాశనముచేసెను.
- 14ఏలా చేసిన యితర కార్యములను గూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన క్రియలన్నిటిని గూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.
