అందులో యెహోవా నిబంధన మందసమునకు స్థలమును ఏర్పరచితిని, ఐగుప్తుదేశ ములోనుండి ఆయన మన పితరులను రప్పించినప్పుడు ఆయన చేసిన నిబంధన అందులోనే యున్నది.
Andulo yehovaa nibandhana mandasamunaku sthalamunu erparachitini, aiguptudesha mulonundi aayana mana pitarulanu rappinchinappudu aayana chesina nibandhana andulone yunnadi.

- 23యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవా, పైనున్న ఆకాశమందైనను క్రిందనున్న భూమియందైనను నీవంటి దేవుడొకడునులేడు; పూర్ణమనస్సుతో నీ దృష్టికి అనుకూలముగా నడుచు నీ దాసుల విషయమై నీవు నిబంధనను నెరవేర్చుచు కనికరము చూపుచు ఉండువాడవై యున్నావు,
