ఆ స్థల మందుండు ఒకడువారి తండ్రి యెవడని యడిగెను. అందుకు సౌలును ప్రవక్తలలో నున్నాడా? అను సామెత పుట్టెను.
Aa sthala mandundu okaduvaari tandri yevadani yadigenu. Anduku saulunu pravaktalalo nunnaadaa? Anu saameta puttenu.

- 14సౌలుయొక్క పినతండ్రి అతనిని అతని పనివానిని చూచిమీరిద్దరు ఎక్కడికి పోతిరని అడుగగా అతడు గార్దభములను వెదకబోతివిు; అవి కనబడక పోగా సమూయేలునొద్దకు పోతిమని చెప్పినప్పుడు
