16మీరు నిలిచి చూచుచుండగా యెహోవా జరిగించు ఈ గొప్ప కార్యమును కనిపెట్టుడి.
17గోధుమ కోతకాలము ఇదే గదా? మీరు రాజును నిర్ణయింపుమని అడిగినందుచేత యెహోవా దృష్టికి మీరు చేసిన కీడు గొప్పదని మీరు గ్రహించి తెలిసికొనుటకై యెహోవా ఉరుములను వర్షమును పంపునట్లుగా నేను ఆయనను వేడుకొనుచున్నాను.
18సమూయేలు యెహోవాను వేడుకొనినప్పుడు యెహోవా ఆ దినమున ఉరుములను వర్షమును పంపగా జనులందరు యెహోవాకును సమూయేలునకును బహుగా భయపడి
