అందుకు యోనాతానుపొలము లోనికి వెళ్లుదము రమ్మనగా, ఇద్దరును పొలములోనికి పోయిరి.

- 12అప్పుడు యోనాతానుఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు దేవుడైన యెహోవా సాక్షి; రేపైనను ఎల్లుండియైనను ఈ వేళప్పుడు నా తండ్రిని శోధింతును; అప్పుడు దావీదునకు క్షేమ మవునని నేను తెలిసికొనినయెడల నేను ఆ వర్తమానము నీకు పంపక పోవుదునా?
- 13అయితే నా తండ్రి నీకు కీడుచేయ నుద్దేశించుచున్నాడని నేను తెలిసికొనినయెడల దాని నీకు తెలియజేసి నీవు క్షేమముగా వెళ్లునట్లు నిన్ను పంపివేయనియెడల యెహోవా నాకు గొప్ప అపాయము కలుగజేయుగాక. యెహోవా నా తండ్రికి తోడుగా ఉండినట్లు నీకును తోడుగా ఉండునుగాక.
