3. 7పమ్మట దావీదుఏఫోదు తెమ్మని యాజ కుడగు అహీమెలెకు కుమారుడైన అబ్యాతారుతో చెప్పగా అబ్యాతారు ఏఫోదును దావీదు నొద్దకు తీసికొనివచ్చెను.
4. 8నేను ఈ దండును తరిమినయెడల దాని కలిసికొందునా అని యెహోవా యొద్ద దావీదు విచారణచేయగా యెహోవాతరుము, నిశ్చయముగా నీవు వారిని కలిసికొని తప్పక నీవారినందరిని దక్కించుకొందువని సెల విచ్చెను.
5. 9కాబట్టి దావీదు అతనియొద్దనున్న ఆరువందల మంది యును బయలుదేరి బెసోరు వాగుగట్టుకు రాగా వారిలో రెండువందల మంది వెనుక దిగవిడువబడిరి.
