- 17అయితే యూదాపట్టణములలో కాపురముండు ఇశ్రాయేలువారిమీద రెహబాము ఏలుబడి చేసెను.
- 18రాజైన రెహబాము వెట్టిపనివారిమీద అధికారి యైన హదోరమును పంపగా ఇశ్రాయేలు వారు రాళ్లతో అతని చావ గొట్టిరి గనుక రాజైన రెహబాము యెరూష లేమునకు పారిపోవలెనని త్వరపడి తన రథము ఎక్కెను.
- 19ఇశ్రాయేలువారు ఇప్పటికిని దావీదు సంతతివారిమీద తిరుగుబాటు చేసి నేటివరకును వారికి లోబడకయున్నారు.
