3. 6సిరియారాజైన హజాయేలుతో తాను రామాలో చేసిన యుద్ధమునందు తనకు తగిలిన గాయములను బాగుచేసి కొనుటకై అతడు యెజ్రెయేలునకు మరల వచ్చెను. అహాబు కుమారుడైన యెహోరాము రోగియైయున్నాడని విని యూదా రాజైన యెహోరాము కుమారుడగు అహజ్యా అతని దర్శించుటకై యెజ్రెయేలునకు పోయెను.
4. 7యెహోరాము నొద్దకు అతడు వచ్చుటచేత దేవునివలన అతనికి నాశము కలిగెను; ఎట్లనగా అతడు వచ్చినప్పుడు అహాబు సంతతివారిని నిర్మూలము చేయుటకై యెహోవా అభిషేకించిన నింషీకుమారుడైన యెహూమీదికి అతడు యెహోరాముతోకూడ పోగా
5. 8యెహూ అహాబు సంతతి వారిమీద తీర్పు తీర్చుటకై వచ్చినప్పుడు అతడు యూదావారి అధిపతులను, అహజ్యాకు పరిచారకులుగా నున్న అహజ్యా సహోదరుల కుమారులను చూచి వారిని హతముచేసెను.
