అప్పుడు అమజ్యా ఎఫ్రాయిములోనుండి తనయొద్దకు వచ్చిన సైన్యమును వేరుపరచిమీ యిండ్లకు తిరిగి వెళ్లుడని వారికి సెలవిచ్చెను; అందుకు వారి కోపము యూదా వారి మీద బహుగా రగులుకొనెను, వారు ఉగ్రులై తమ యిండ్లకు తిరిగి పోయిరి.

King James Version (KJV): Then Amaziah separated them, [to wit], the army that was come to him out of Ephraim, to go home again: wherefore their anger was greatly kindled against Judah, and they returned home in great anger.
World English Bible (WEB): Then Amaziah separated them, the army that had come to him out of Ephraim, to go home again. Therefore their anger was greatly kindled against Judah, and they returned home in fierce anger.

10అప్పుడు అమజ్యా ఎఫ్రాయిములోనుండి తనయొద్దకు వచ్చిన సైన్యమును వేరుపరచిమీ యిండ్లకు తిరిగి వెళ్లుడని వారికి సెలవిచ్చెను; అందుకు వారి కోపము యూదా వారి మీద బహుగా రగులుకొనెను, వారు ఉగ్రులై తమ యిండ్లకు తిరిగి పోయిరి.
11అంతట అమజ్యా ధైర్యము తెచ్చుకొని తన జనులతో కూడ బయలుదేరి ఉప్పుపల్లపు స్థలమునకు పోయి శేయీరువారిలో పదివేలమందిని హతము చేసెను.
12ప్రాణముతోనున్న మరి పదివేలమందిని యూదావారు చెరపట్టుకొని, వారిని ఒక పేటుమీదికి తీసికొనిపోయి ఆ పేటుమీదనుండి వారిని పడవేయగా వారు తుత్తునియలైపోయిరి.
