ప్రధానయాజకుడైన అజర్యాయును యాజకులందరును అతనివైపు చూడగా అతడు నొసట కుష్ఠము గలవాడై యుండెను. గనుక వారు తడవుచేయక అక్కడనుండి అతనిని బయటికి వెళ్లగొట్టిరి; యెహోవా తన్ను మొత్తెనని యెరిగి బయటికి వెళ్లుటకు తానును త్వరపడెను.
Pradhaanayaajakudaina ajaryaayunu yaajakulandarunu atanivaipu choodagaa atadu nosata kushthamu galavaadai yundenu. Ganuka vaaru tadavucheyaka akkadanundi atanini bayatiki vellagottiri; yehovaa tannu mottenani yerigi bayatiki vellutaku taanunu tvarapadenu.

- 21రాజైన ఉజ్జియా తన మరణదినమువరకు కుష్ఠరోగియై యుండెను. కుష్ఠరోగియై యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి పోకుండ ప్రత్యేకింపబడెను గనుక అతడు ప్రత్యేకముగా ఒక యింటిలో నివసించుచుండెను; అతని కుమారుడైన యోతాము రాజు ఇంటివారికి అధిపతియై దేశపు జనులకు న్యాయము తీర్చుచుండెను.
- 22ఉజ్జియా చేసిన యితర కార్యములను గూర్చి ఆమోజు కుమారుడును ప్రవక్తయునైన యెషయా వ్రాసెను.
