కావున దావీదు వారియొద్దనుండి సౌలు ఎముకలను అతని కుమారుడైన యోనాతాను ఎముకలను తెప్పించెను, రాజాజ్ఞనుబట్టి ఉరితీయబడినవారి యెముకలను జనులు సమకూర్చిరి.
Kaavuna daaveedu vaariyoddanundi saulu emukalanu atani kumaarudaina yonaataanu emukalanu teppinchenu, raajaajnyanubatti uriteeyabadinavaari yemukalanu janulu samakoorchiri.

- 12కాబట్టి దావీదు పోయి సౌలు ఎముకలను అతని కుమారుడైన యోనాతాను ఎముకలను యాబేష్గిలాదు వారియొద్దనుండి తెప్పించెను. ఫిలిష్తీయులు గిల్బోవలో సౌలును హతము చేసినప్పుడు వారు సౌలును యోనా తానును బేత్షాను పట్టణపు వీధిలో వ్రేలాడగట్టగా యాబేష్గిలాదు వారు వారి యెముకలను అచ్చటనుండి దొంగిలి తెచ్చి యుండిరి.
- 13కావున దావీదు వారియొద్దనుండి సౌలు ఎముకలను అతని కుమారుడైన యోనాతాను ఎముకలను తెప్పించెను, రాజాజ్ఞనుబట్టి ఉరితీయబడినవారి యెముకలను జనులు సమకూర్చిరి.
- 14సౌలు ఎముకలను అతని కుమారుడైన యోనాతాను ఎముకలను బెన్యామీనీయుల దేశమునకు చేరిన సేలాలోనున్న సౌలు తండ్రియగు కీషు సమాధియందు పాతిపెట్టిరి. రాజు ఈలాగు చేసిన తరువాత దేశముకొరకు చేయబడిన విజ్ఞాపనమును దేవు డంగీకరించెను.
- 15ఫిలిష్తీయులకును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకును యుద్ధము మరల జరుగగా దావీదు తన సేవకులతోకూడ దిగిపోయి ఫిలిష్తీయులతో యుద్ధము చేయునప్పుడు అతడు సొమ్మ సిల్లెను.
