ఈ పూరీము అను పండుగదినములను స్థిరపరచుటకు అతడు అహష్వే రోషుయొక్క రాజ్యమందుండు నూట ఇరువదియేడు సంస్థానములలోనున్న యూదులకందరికి వారి క్షేమము కోరునట్టియు, విశ్వాసార్థ్వములగునట్టియు మాటలుగల పత్రికలు పంపెను.
