- 11మోషే తన చెయ్యి పైకెత్తినప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు గెలిచిరి; మోషే తన చెయ్యి దింపినప్పుడు అమాలేకీయులు గెలిచిరి,
- 12మోషే చేతులు బరువెక్కగా వారు ఒక రాయి తీసికొని వచ్చి అతడు దానిమీద కూర్చుండుటకై దానివేసిరి. అహరోను హూరులు ఒకడు ఈ ప్రక్కను ఒకడు ఆ ప్రక్కను అతని చేతులను ఆదుకొనగా అతని చేతులు సూర్యుడు అస్తమించువరకు నిలుకడగా ఉండెను.
