మరియు పట్టణమునకై అయిదువేల కొలకఱ్ఱల వెడల్పును ఇరువదియైదువేల కొల కఱ్ఱల నిడివియుగల యొక ప్రదేశము ఏర్పాటు చేయ వలెను. అది ప్రతిష్ఠితమగు భాగమునకు సరిగా ఉండవలెను, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకందరికి అది స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఉండును.
