ఇరువది యయిదువేల కొలకఱ్ఱల భూమిని ఆను కొని వెడల్పున మిగిలిన అయిదువేల కొలకఱ్ఱలుగల చోటు గ్రామకంఠముగా ఏర్పరచబడినదై, పట్టణములోని నివేశములకును మైదానములకును అక్కరకువచ్చును; దాని మధ్య పట్టణము కట్టబడును.
