18ప్రతిష్ఠిత భూమిని ఆనుకొని మిగిలిన భూమి ఫలము పట్టణములో కష్టముచేత జీవించువారికి ఆధారముగా ఉండును. అది ప్రతిష్ఠితభూమిని యానుకొని తూర్పు తట్టున పదివేల కొలకఱ్ఱలును పడమటితట్టున పదివేల కొల కఱ్ఱలును ఉండును.
