ప్రతిష్ఠిత భూమియంతయు ఇరువది యయిదు వేల కొల కఱ్ఱల చచ్చౌకముగా ఉండును; దానిలో నాలుగవ భాగము పట్టణమునకు ఏర్పాటు చేయవలెను.

- 21ప్రతిష్ఠితస్థానమునకును పట్టణమునకు ఏర్పాటు చేయబడిన భాగమునకును ఇరు ప్రక్కలనున్న భూమిని, అనగా తూర్పుదిశను ప్రతిష్ఠితస్థానముగా ఏర్పడిన యిరువది యయిదువేల కొలకఱ్ఱలును పడ మటి దిశను గోత్రస్థాన ములుగా ఏర్పడిన యిరువది యయిదు వేల కొలకఱ్ఱలును గల భూమిని యానుకొనుస్థానము అధిపతిదగును. ప్రతి ష్ఠిత స్థానమును, మందిరమునకు ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడిన స్థానమును దానికి మధ్యగా ఉండును.
- 22యూదావారి సరిహద్దునకును బెన్యామీనీయుల సరిహద్దునకును మధ్యగానున్న లేవీయుల స్వాస్థ్యమును పట్టణమునకు ఏర్పాటైన స్థాన మును ఆనుకొను భూమిలో అధిపతి భూమికి లోగా ఉన్నది అధిపతి దగును.
