ప్రతిష్ఠితస్థానమునకును పట్టణమునకు ఏర్పాటు చేయబడిన భాగమునకును ఇరు ప్రక్కలనున్న భూమిని, అనగా తూర్పుదిశను ప్రతిష్ఠితస్థానముగా ఏర్పడిన యిరువది యయిదువేల కొలకఱ్ఱలును పడ మటి దిశను గోత్రస్థాన ములుగా ఏర్పడిన యిరువది యయిదు వేల కొలకఱ్ఱలును గల భూమిని యానుకొనుస్థానము అధిపతిదగును. ప్రతి ష్ఠిత స్థానమును, మందిరమునకు ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడిన స్థానమును దానికి మధ్యగా ఉండును.
Pratishthitasthaanamunakunu pattanamunaku erpaatu cheyabadina bhaagamunakunu iru prakkalanunna bhoomini, anagaa toorpudishanu pratishthitasthaanamugaa erpadina yiruvadi yayiduvela kolakarralunu pada mati dishanu gotrasthaana mulugaa erpadina yiruvadi yayidu vela kolakarralunu gala bhoomini yaanukonusthaanamu adhipatidagunu. Prati shthita sthaanamunu, mandiramunaku pratishthimpabadina sthaanamunu daaniki madhyagaa undunu.
