యాకోబు తన తండ్రియైన ఇస్సాకు దగ్గరకు వచ్చినప్పుడు అతడు అతని తడవిచూచి - స్వరము యాకోబు స్వరము గాని చేతులు ఏశావు చేతులే అనెను.

Yaakobu tana tandriyaina issaaku daggaraku vachchinappudu atadu atani tadavichoochi - svaramu yaakobu svaramu gaani chetulu eshaavu chetule anenu.

King James Version (KJV): And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice [is] Jacob’s voice, but the hands [are] the hands of Esau.

20అప్పుడు ఇస్సాకు నా కుమారుడా, ఇంత శీఘ్రముగా అది నీ కెట్లు దొరికెనని అడుగగా అతడు నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నా యెదుటికి దాని రప్పించుట చేతనే అని చెప్పెను.
21అప్పుడు ఇస్సాకు నా కుమారుడా, నీవు ఏశావను నా కుమారుడవో కావో నేను నిన్ను తడవి చూచెదను దగ్గరకు రమ్మని చెప్పెను.
22యాకోబు తన తండ్రియైన ఇస్సాకు దగ్గరకు వచ్చినప్పుడు అతడు అతని తడవిచూచి - స్వరము యాకోబు స్వరము గాని చేతులు ఏశావు చేతులే అనెను.
23యాకోబు చేతులు అతని అన్నయైన ఏశావు చేతులవలె రోమము గలవైనందున ఇస్సాకు అతనిని గురుతు పట్టలేక అతనిని దీవించి
24ఏశావు అను నా కుమారుడవు నీవేనా అని అడుగగా యాకోబు - నేనే అనెను.
