పూర్వకాలమున యెహోవా మోయాబునుగూర్చి సెలవిచ్చిన వాక్యము ఇదే; అయితే యెహోవా ఇప్పుడీలాగున ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చుచున్నాడు

11మోయాబు నిమిత్తము నా గుండె కొట్టుకొనుచున్నది కీర్హరెశు నిమిత్తము నా ఆంత్రములు సితారావలె వాగుచున్నవి.
12మోయాబీయులు ఉన్నత స్థలమునకు వచ్చి ఆయాస పడి ప్రార్థన చేయుటకు తమ గుడిలో ప్రవేశించునప్పుడు వారికేమియు దొరకకపోవును.

14కూలివాని లెక్కప్రకారము మూడేండ్లలోగా మోయాబీయులయొక్క ప్రభావమును వారిగొప్ప వారి సమూహమును అవమానపరచబడును శేషము బహు కొద్దిగా మిగులును అది అతి స్వల్పముగా నుండును.
