I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not.

3. 4నేను పిలిచినప్పుడు ఉత్తరమిచ్చువాడొకడును లేక పోయెను నేను మాటలాడినప్పుడు వినువాడొకడును లేక పోయెను నా దృష్టికి చెడ్డదైనదాని చేసిరి నాకిష్టము కానిదాని కోరుకొనిరి కావున నేనును వారిని మోసములో ముంచుదును వారు భయపడువాటిని వారిమీదికి రప్పించెదను.
4. 5యెహోవా వాక్యమునకు భయపడువారలారా, ఆయన మాట వినుడి మిమ్మును ద్వేషించుచు నా నామమునుబట్టి మిమ్మును త్రోసివేయు మీ స్వజనులు మీ సంతోషము మాకు కనబడునట్లు యెహోవా మహిమనొందును గాక అని చెప్పుదురు వారే సిగ్గునొందుదురు.
5. 6ఆలకించుడి, పట్టణములో అల్లరిధ్వని పుట్టుచున్నది దేవాలయమునుండి శబ్దము వినబడుచున్నది తన శత్రువులకు ప్రతికారము చేయుచుండు యెహోవా శబ్దము వినబడుచున్నది.
