2యూదా దుఃఖించు చున్నది, దాని గుమ్మములు అంగలార్చుచున్నవి, జనులు విచారగ్రస్తులై నేలకు వంగుదురు, యెరూషలేము చేయు అంగలార్పు పైకెక్కుచున్నది.
3వారిలో ప్రధానులు బీద వారిని నీళ్లకు పంపుచున్నారు, వారు చెరువులయొద్దకు రాగా నీళ్లు దొరుకుటలేదు, వట్టి కుండలు తీసికొని వారు మరల వచ్చుచున్నారు, సిగ్గును అవమానము నొందినవారై తమ తలలు కప్పుకొనుచున్నారు.
